    Hi fellow Razer Fans!

I decided to spend my earnings this month for a Razer keyboard. I want to buy a silent one, but not sure which one is the best for me.(Deathstalker Essential / Deathstalker Classic/ Deathstalker Ultimate, or something else)
Please help, which one is better and which one has the less problem with it. I hope you can help me with some ideas.
    Thx
    Cheers!

Ok so all the deathstalker are basically the same when it comes to the keys
I wouldn't recommend the ultimate edition, as it's too expensive and not that usefull except you really want a keyboard with a touch screen
The blackwidow stealth is also a very good silent mechanical keyboard, although not that silent as the deathstalker
However before buying a keyboard it's always a good idea to go to a store and try some out in order to get the best impressions

I got my friend the Deathstalker chroma and he really loves it.
You can compare the deathstalkers here:

    Thanx the infos guys :D

  5. I personally recommend a mechanical keyboard for gaming,
The BlackWidow Stealth is quiet but of course since it's mechanical not as quiet as the DeathStalker, If you don't want a mechanical keyboard and really want a DeathStalker I would recommend you to get the DeathStalker Chroma since it's pretty much the Ultimate without the SwitchBladeUI, which is not really needed, and you get fancy rainbow lights... who doesn't want that hehe.
Hope I could help you a little bit.

Why not go for the Blackwidow? I highly recommend it for gaming compare to deathstalker. I think deathstalker is the same as Lycosa? just an upgraded version.

Hi wiking1995. Everytime I see your signature GIF I chuckle.

How silent do you need it to be? Deathstalker is quiet because it is a membrane keyboard, but most gamers prefer mechanical. A BW Stealth + O-Rings is pretty darn quiet too, and still mechanical.

If you can give up mechanical goodness, the one with the least problems is just going to be the DS Chroma - it is the most updated and doesn't have the Switchblade UI which we've been hearing complaints about regarding outdated apps.

Mechanical feels nice and all, but even with my BWU Stealth everyone can hear me typing..... tis a flaw with mechanical keyboards. The anansi is actually pretty nice, I got one for my friend and she loves it. As far as membrane keyboards go it is really nice, I prefer it to the chicklet keys of the deathstalker.

    Hi Raijin!
    Thx for the advice :D
I want to buy a fully silent slim keyboard, cause I always used slim ones..the clicky sound is also nice but at this moment I think I'll buy a DS Chroma or the classic DS. The classic makes a good view with my Razer Naga 2014 (Green one) but the chorma HAS much more customization and fun things.

Sounds good! I know the DS Chroma is more expensive...double the price of the DS Essential, but it's only $20 more than the DS (original) so I say go for it. You can set it to green to match your Naga 2014 and then change the color when you feel adventurous one day:guardsman:. Besides, if you ever buy any other Razer peripherals in the future the DS Chroma will go nicely with them since everything is being made Chroma now.

Depends your price range. If you have $250 I'd go with the Dealthstalker Ultimate Elite. If you need cheaper go with the Dealthstalker Chroma for $99. If you still need cheaper go for the original Dealthstalker for $79 but if you need even cheaper Dealthstalker Essential Edition. But at the end there all the same just with different features. But the Ultimate Elite is so cool,it has a built in 3 by 4 inch screen for watching YouTube, looking at Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and even googling something.

You should definitely get a keyboard that has chroma in it. KUDOS! to the chrome development team, I was amazed at all the functions that the developers created using the sdk. The moment you gotten your chroma keyboard you ought to pay a visit to them and try out the add on.
