Keyboard color problem

I am using a Razer Blackwidow Elite and Razer Synapse. Months ago I set different areas of the keyboard to different colors. That worked well for months until a few days ago. Then, my keyboard color settings stopped working and my keyboard had all keys the same color. The color of the keys was slowly changing. Chroma Studio showed my keyboard with the correct colors.

This morning for the first time when I try to go to Chroma Studio it says,"No compatible device connected".

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Try to repair the Synapse application by following the steps here. If that didn't work, proceed by doing a clean re-install on your Synapse application by following this guide. If the same issue persists, let me know through PM so I can start a case and forward it to the Software Team.
