Keyboard keeps disconnecting from laptop

    So I recently acquired a Razer Cynosa chroma, and it's constantly disconnecting from my laptop. I've tried using powered USB hubs and different USB ports, but nothing seems to help.

    Here's a quick summary of the setup:
    • Targus DOCK171EUZ
    • Asus X513EA Laptop
    • Razer Cynosa Chroma
    I can't personally find the problem with my setup, and it's really starting to be an issue, because every time I use my hard drive (connected to the dock) it begins frantically disconnecting and reconnecting, almost as if only one thing can use the dock at once.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Does the issue happen even after connecting the keyboard to another computer, ideally, a desktop PC? Does the disconnection occur while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please try resetting the keyboard by going to the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and see how it goes. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
