Keyboard Lights Always Red

Recently the keyboard lighting on my 2020 Razer Blade Pro 17 has been different. The CTRL, CAPS, ESC and the Tilde keys are always red. When I turn off the keyboard lighting they stay on, if I hold the fn key all the lights go off except fo rthose keys and all the F keys, if I change the color the red shows through for example if I set all keys to blue then those will be purple. Only if I put the key brightness do they change colour. I have done a clean install of Razer Synapse and has not fixed it.

Im having the exact same issue. I dont know why.. Im using windows 11 but I dont think thats the issue as I have never had a problem with it except kaspersky virtualization thing not working. But it doesnt work on my desktop either. This problems on my razer laptop 2020 advanced model blade 15 and my keys stuck red when I power off of use the function key is 0 P ; and CTRL keys F10 also... I take care of my stuff and it didnt get wet. So im at a loss and kind of heart broken as this stuff bothers me. Please help.

im having the same issue several of my keyboard lights are red on my razer laptop advanced model 2020 ive uninstalled and re installed cynapse and still the problem persists.

I hear you on this, I also look after my things and just out of nowhere this happened. When I get a chance I will contact support and see if they have any info, have you tried support?

I have not. But I probably will... I just got my laptop back from Razer and dealing with support is not always easy. But this is kind of crazy.

I am currently trying to squeeze as much battery life out of my new blade. I turn the keyboard lighting off, both manually and in synapse and it turns back on to full brightness after about 2 minutes. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I also have the same issue, did any of you fix it? I'm surprised this many people have this issue.
