i recently got the razer ornata chroma and love the way it feels but theres 1 major issue with it. the shift and occasionally a couple of other keys cut out when they are fully pressed down, the shift is especially annoying as it happens ALL THE TIME and it is an essential key to most games that i play where sprinting is shift. wasd and other keys cut out as well but its a lot more rare than shift. is this just because of the design or do i have a faulty keyboard.

Try updating the firmware, if that doesn't fix it you probably have a faulty keyboard and should claim the warranty.
