Keys stop working.

Hello everyone.
This is my first post here so I hope I do it well.
I've had a problem with my keyboard (Razer Ornata Chroma) since a week or so, one day I started up my pc like every normal day and some keys in the numpad, (to be specific: num4, num5, num6, numlk, slash, asterisk, minus, and del) stopped working. I tried everything I could find in the Internet but nothing semeed to work, so I gave up on it. But 2 days ago I was working with Excel and the keys started to work again, just like that, out of nowhere.
So I was very happy about it, but yesterday I turned on my pc, I was able to type in my pin with the numpad but some time later when I tried to use it on the calculator they weren't working again, and from then I wasn't able to make'em work again.
I chatted on Twitter with Razer Support and the person who picked up my case tried everything. Nothing worked, I'm very grateful to support for trying to help me, no complain on them.
I'm here to see if someone ever experienced this and if there's a workaround.
