Hi, I just got the Kishi and my Samsung Note S9 is not recognizing the controller. When I plug in the charger in the Controller, the phone recognize it and it works.
I already opened a case on this and did a firmware update through another phone. So the controller works on another phone with the same Android Version.
Did someone found a way to make this work on the Note S9?

Hi, try removing the rubber piece from the right controller (the one where the USB port connects), it just pulls right out. The Note 9 is so big that it doesn't seat correctly with the rubber piece. Seems to be an issue with larger phones. I'm going to see if Razer has a suitable replacement or just trim and glue it in. Worked like a charm for me. Good luck
