Kitty headset disconnecting reconnecting

Kitty headset keeps disconnecting, reconnecting. updated synaps, repaired razor synaps, uninstalled, reinstalled headset from device manager.

changed usb ports, 2.0 and 3.2 still both have issue
uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled drivers

in the device manager when it stops working it removes itself from audio imput/output and sound, video and game controllers but not from human inferface devices

still occurs after exiting cortex/synapse

I appreciate everything you've done and for sharing them. By the way, did you also have the chance to try it on a different computer to check if it behaves the same? Do PM me the serial number of your headset and a copy of your proof of purchase so I can verify its warranty status. I'd also like to look closer at your system by sending me your Synapse logs and a screenshot of your MSINFO32. You can upload the files on GDrive, but make sure to send me a shareable link.
