Kiyo making noise and ring light flickering

Just as the title says one of my two Kiyos started buzzing and flickering. For absolutely no reaon. Nothing happened. Nothing changed. After some research on this forum I reinstalled Synapse and did all the usual stuff ... nothing solved the problem. I even updated the firmware.

I own tons of Razer stuff, so some support would be nice here. I guess it's time to test that 'infamous' support.

Any ideas on this?

This is uncommon behavior. Are you connecting the camera to a USB hub, or it is plugged into your computer's USB port directly? It may sound silly, but ensure to use one camera at a time. Please connect the camera to another USB port or computer and see if the issue persists.
Thank you for your response. The camera is connected directly to the desktop. And yes … I tried several front and rear USB ports. I even tried different desktops and laptops. Please note I even tried a MacBook Pro. And of course it’s the only camera on the systems I tried, with the exception of the MacBook, which has a built-in camera.

I’ll tell you a little secret. I have another Kiyo and that one is working just fine. The only problem is it belongs to my son.

Please advice.

Thanks for sharing these details. It does indicate a possible hardware issue. By the way, is both desktop and laptop on Windows 10 or 11 with version 21H2? Ensure that they have the latest .NET Framework (v4.8). Please send me a PM, including the serial number of the Razer Kiyo that you are experiencing the issue with. Also, gather your Razer Synapse logs using our recommended collector from this article. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive, then paste them in your PM so I can check your camera's firmware version. Allow me to curb our conversation privately.
