Kiyo No Longer Working - Showing as "Other Device"


A few days ago, when I plugged in my camera, it failed to respond as of 4/27/2020.

Through troubleshooting it appears the driver is unable to install.
The status for this unknown device states the following:
[indent]The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
The install class is not present or is invalid.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.[/indent]

The latest update that I am able to see failed to install on 3/15/2020, which was for an update made available on 1/2/2017. This doesn't seem to be related, as my camera was working as of 4/24/2020.

I attempted to download a driver from the razer website, and was only able to find a firmware update. Upon attempting to install this update, I receive an error message stating

It seems that ensuring the camera is connected to a usb 3 is the resolution to this issue. I reconnected to my dock in my home office, as it was connected when it was working. Unfortunately this isn't obvious when troubleshooting.
