I failed to update the firmware. Not only v1.03_r4 but also v1.04_r2....

I am very curious that "Is there anyone to success to update it?"...

I'd like to see what's happening when you try to update its firmware. Can you send me a screenshot or a short video clip? In any case, PM me the serial number of your device so I can verify its model and point you in the right direction.
