I've had a Kiyo webcam for 1-1.5 years. Long enough to be out of warranty, it appears. This is the most unreliable computer peripheral I've ever owned. Currently, it is showing a blurry, unfocused picture. I've tried everything short of re-installing the drivers, since I re-installed last week.
If it's not the blurry issue, then the picture is skipping/glitching constantly. And if there are no issues, that's great! But I have honestly not gone more than a month without some issue. Re-installing drivers helps sometimes, but other times, I just have to wait it out.
Razer, do you have any suggestions? Are you working on updates to make this product more reliable?
