Kraken 2019 Kitty Edition volume wheel not changing volume

Hello! I recently got the Kraken 2019 Kitty Edition headphones, and I have a bit of an odd issue with the volume wheel. Whenever I use it, the volume level pops up on the screen (top left), and stays up as long as I rotate the wheel, but it does not change, neither up nor down. Also, occasionally if the volume level isn't on screen and I rotate the wheel up it shows the volume at 100, even though it is not, the volume never changes from the wheel. I have tried this without Synapse running, as well as performing a clean reinstall of Syanpse with no luck (using Synapse 3). Volume control from my keyboard (Blackwidow chroma x, Fn + F1/F2/F3) works just fine.

Did you ever get the chance to try it on a different PC to check if it behaves the same? Sometimes a faulty headset driver may cause this issue. Let’s reinstall your headset drivers by doing the following:

-Press Windows + S on your keyboard to open the Search bar.
-Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
-Go to Audio Inputs and Outputs.
-Right-click on your Razer headset and select Uninstall device.
-To completely uninstall the drivers, restart your computer.
-The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart.

Should the issue persists, PM me your device serial number along with a copy of its proof of purchase so I can check its warranty status.
