Kraken 7.1 headset not working with certain games

Really weird issue with this headset. On APEX legends it works fine, but when I launch battlefield 4 all audio stops going through the headset, not just from the game, any system sounds don't work. idk if its because bf4 is an old game but I see no reason why it would make this happen.

It’s weird that your Razer Kraken 7.1 stops working when you launch Battlefield 4. Have you tried using other headsets or maybe even a pair of speakers with the game you're having issues with?
