Recently my system has been restarting or shutting down. After believing it was either power related or other hardware, a detailed look at the event log revealed it was the HID-compliant headset driver. With the driver enabled, the system would run normally until it either shut down or restart with the event log showing: Critical 8/20/2019 8:07:44 PM DriverFrameworks-UserMode 10111 User-mode Driver problems. -- The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem. and Critical 8/20/2019 8:07:44 PM DriverFrameworks-UserMode 10110 User-mode Driver problems. -- A problem has occurred with one or more user-mode drivers and the hosting process has been terminated. This may temporarily interrupt your ability to access the devices. With the driver disabled, my system will run normally. I have uninstalled all related drivers and programs, reinstalled, and with everything enable, I still have random restarts or shutdowns. Any idea what might be causing this? I have been using these headphones for almost 4 years with no issue until now. Thanks for any help that anyone can provide.
