Kraken 7.1 v2 connection issues

Recently, my Kraken 7.1 v2 has shown some sound issues, it keeps disconnecting from my computer, even though there are no issues in the USBs in the PC. I tried each one of them, so it must be the headset. I would just consider that it has a cable issue, like some damaged parts of it, but it also does not show up in Razer Synapse 2.0, which is the one that supports it. I can not sync my headset configs with the software, so I think the problem can be on somewhere else and not in the cable. I have never left my Kraken in any bad condition and always kept it with care, so I do not understand why an extremely expensive headset is showing up those issues.

I have the exact same issue. I also posted a thread similar to yours, but no answers at all.
From what I have read from people with this problem, it seems like Razer's approach has been just replacing the headsets, which doesn't suit me considering that mine is out of warranty since last year.
Like you, I think it may be an issue with the cable (even though the cable itself looks basically brand new) , I'm thinking about sending it to a third party assistance to replace the cable and check for any bad contacs idk.
Anyway, let me know if you find out anything.
