Kraken 7.1 V2 Synapse 2
I have been doing some checking all over the internet and nothing seems to fix my issue. Synapse 2 simply will not show my Kraken 7.1 V2. I tested it on another PC running Windows 10 on the same build. The only difference between the two is the one it does not work is Win 10 Home while the PC that it does work on is Win 10 Pro. I have tried multiple clean installs. After a clean install, I get the window that says it detects the headset and installs the patch and then it simply doesn't work. My Chroma Ornata shows up just fine.

Are you still having issues with your Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 with your Razer Synapse, @Shiyan? Send me a PM together with the serial number of your headset and the link of this thread. Let's continue from there.
Having the exact same issue I think, the headset just wont show up in the software what so ever, it works fine on my fathers pc though. ive had the headset for two years with no issue at all.
They work great. That isn't the issue. For some reason I can no longer adjust the equalizer or change the colors on them. They don't show on my Synapse at all but they did when I first got them.
yes that is also my issue as well, they aren't showing up in the software at all, but my keyboard is??? I've tried removing all synapse applications and app data and reinstalling it still wont show up at all
