Kraken BT Kitty Edition cutting out due to very short distance
I recently bought a pair of Kraken BT Kitty Edition headphones off a friend, used. My friend did not have this problem before I recieved the headset from him. When I am more than about one foot away from my monitor, the audio cuts out from the headphones completely. Unless I'm leaned completely over my desk which is extremely incovenient, the audio is basically extremely unreliable. I've googled what to do and no one seems to have this problem. I've tried restarting my PC, disconnecting and reconnecting the headset, and updating my drivers. I don't know what else to do. Please help

Try the steps here and make sure the Synapse application is up to date for it to fetch available updates for your device. If you're still experiencing the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other steps to help you resolve the connection issue.
