Kraken headphones disconnecting

My wife has been having issues with her headphones for a while. It seems to occur when there is a loud sound which triggers the headphones to turn off and back on. This has occurred with the Razer Kraken, and 2 separate pairs of Razer Kraken Kitty editions as well. We've tried different USB ports (2.0 and 3.0) and we've tried reinstalling synapse and trying without synapse as well. I can't think of anything else to try.

Do try to follow the steps on this page for further isolation of the problem. Should the issue persists, PM me your device's serial number. I can use it to verify its model and find a way to sort this out.
