Kraken Kitty not working?

Hi,

I've had these Kraken kitty quartz headphones for a little over 2 years now, and it's worked perfectly. However, this past summer it had the tendency to "disconnect" at times, and it happened out of the blue. One day it was working as intended, the next thing I know it would be finicky when trying to connect to synapse. The lights would stay white and wouldn't show up as connected, even though the rest of my PC would say it is there. It would work fine sometimes, but now that I've returned to my PC for winter break it just doesn't want to work anymore. It isn't a matter of my headset is broken, it still connects and lights up, but I don't know if this is a headset issue, a synapse issue, or something else with my PC. Any suggestions? Thoughts, or recommendations? I would pray I don't have to buy another set and go through the same thing if the one I own is perfectly fine but I can't figure out what the issue is.
Keep in mind I've uninstalled and reinstalled synapse multiple times (sometimes seeing a result but the headset would disconnect anyway), I've unregistered and re-registered my product, I've even updated every single driver I can think of while resetting my PC to have these changes and I still don't see an issue. This is left field but I don't know if I should mention it, my WIFI is pretty garbage so at times I would see "no internet connection" on synapse but I wouldn't be too sure as to how that affects my headphones.
