I've been thinking about it this for a while and was wondering what you guys would want to see if Razer revamped the kraken pro in 2016 or made a new one all together. Some of my ideas were a better mic, and this is unlikely but Bluetooth would be cool.

I think the Kraken Pro is a pretty solid headset as it is now. I doubt they would ever make it wireless, especially since they just came out with the Man O War a little while ago, and that headset seems to be doing very well. Why make a new one of something thats already selling and doing very well.

but they could make like a mobile pro version with Bluetooth, I just hope they do

Better audio quality (bigger drivers), and they should be more comfortable, for people with big heads. Ear cushions should be more soft. They are preety thick, but it's not enough. I was trying headphones like Sony MDR-XB, especially 950, they are so soft and comfortable, I don't know what kind of cushion it it, but Krakens should have it :D
And I would not recommend giving Bluetooth and other features to the Krakens. I want them to be affordable for more people, not everyone is able to pay 170 Euro for headphones ;)

Thats true. I agree they could be more comfortable, especially when wearing them for a long time they can get to be quite an annoyance. So maybe more flexible with softer ear pads? Maybe more breathable ear pads as well, my ears can get quite sweaty when wearing them for any extended period of time

actually, correct me if I'm wrong but i thought that bigger drivers doesn't mean better quality and I'd love for them to have better audio quality and be more comfortable

I don't really care about sweaty ears but as i wear glasses all the time even when playing or bathing(have to clean them daily:big_grin_:) as I'm nearsighted the krakens I have (7.1 chroma) tend to push the temple tips against my mastoid processes and that can be very painful and itchy after a while to the point that i have to take them off for a long time before putting them on again so I'd love for a softer type of ear pads too

I think that drivers matter, it's not the only one spec that matter ;)
I have Chromas as well, and it seems that I have the same problem, I don't have glasses, but my ears hurt after 1-2 hours :slightly_sad: But I love them anyway.
But tell me please, do you have the same problems?
    1. Changing volume causes sound chopping for a 1-2 seconds?
    2. Changing Chroma lights takes a few seconds to apply?
    Thanks in advance ;)
That's good idea. I heard that if you have bigger head and have to adjust them to be bigger, then they push you more hard in the head. People with smaller head doesn't have such problem. Softer ear pad would be cool! ;)

    not at all

that they do, as to the reason why, I don't quite know

but my guess is that the have some sort of microprocessor that interprets the info from the laptop and that is where the second is gone also there might be some noise(electrical interference of sorts) for the connections, but that is just my guess

I would definitely like to see more comfortable ear cups in the future.

I think "more comfort" can be a permanent wishlist on any headset. More like massaging clouds for my ears :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:

I just love that description, I'll take massaging clouds for my ____ for just about every part of me ... armrests, back, feet, shoulders... lol :big_grin_:

Haha, yeah, but I don't think a headset would reach all of those places. I demoed a massage chair that retailed for 5,000 + USD, but I found several issues with it that turned me off even if money was a non-issue.

I think Razer should eventually branch out into full body chairs that massage you while holding you at the perfect position for gaming. There should be a "massage" mode where you just lay back and relax and a "gaming" mode where you can see game and the chair wouldn't bump your elbow, etc.

@Styna - not sure that would be something in Razer's wheelhouse, but *somebody* should definitely make it! lol

Yeah, I would definitely go demo it over and over. I've seen some chair companies market towards gamers, but no one from the perspective "sitting hunched over is bad for your back/shoulders/neck, here, lay back and enjoy your game while getting massaged."

I'd like to see them going for some higher quality sound, and a different EQ that focusses more on the mids and lows than it does now.

i agree with you but I'd love if it was a balanced sound signature, not as low heavy as it is now, but unfortunately most gaming headsets are lows focused because that enhances explosion and gunshots on games
