Kraken TE audio controler no sound its coming out

literally it was working correctly and all of a sudden I stopped hearing sound, I checked in the audio devices configuration and the THX Spartial Synapse still marks that it receives sound but in my headphones nothing is heard, if I connect the headphones directly to the laptop and put the stereos as the default device if you hear everything well, but the microphones do not work.

I tried to uninstall the razer synapses and reinstall it to see if it worked and after 4 reinstalls and many restarts I get nothing, it is as if the THX spartial Synapse received sound but did not send it to the headphones, I already have the drives and Synapse updated and nothing, the last option I have left is to try the control and headphones on another computer but that would have to do it on another day that right now I only have my laptop in my hands, I do not know if it is some driver error or something of windows 10 but I have no idea how to fix it, if someone could give me a hand with this would be really very grateful
