I was wondering if there is a 'Best setting' for the kraken TE. Thats with both audio and microphone.
My friend also has one and he sometimes sounds very quiet on discord but he hasnt even looked at his settings
so in truth im looking for a basic overall guide.

It depends on many factors, also how far (physically) he set the microphone, which angle etc.
Many apps also override the settings or cut the audio due to app noise cancelling.

i see, ive gone through so many 'help' guides as my friends say i sound robotic, including sample rates etc. Ive uninstalled the drivers im now missing the THX speaker driver as it didnt install when i reconnected the headset.

Did you tried to record your voice with for example built in windows voice recorder?
If you sound robotic this can be the Internets or TS/discord/other app server lagging.

its seems to have stopped by turning off normalization, ambient noise reduction and vocal clarity.
Im guessing it interfers with Discords own noise gates and supression etc.
