Kraken TE THX audio turning off after a few seconds

Hi,

With my Razer Kraken TE when I press the THX button for surround sound and it lights up green, it turns on for a few seconds, but then goes back to normal audio (the green light stays on) I have to turn it off and turn it back on to have it work for a few seconds again. This only started happening recently, it used to always work. Any ideas on what's causing it?

Thanks

Hello there! Thanks for creating this thread. Did you try reinstalling the THX audio software? Were there any changes applied to your computer recently?
No there were not. I even did a clean reinstall of windows, and the issue persisted. I'd like to be able to use it again but I'm just not, for some reason the thx button on the audio controller doesn't even do anything anymore.
I am also not talking about the paid one or 7.1 surround sound. Just the button on the USB audio controller, it used to do some sort of spatial audio thing but it doesn't work anymore.

Thanks
Another thing, I use the Speakers (Razer Audio Controller - Game) and the thx used to work. Now, I have to switch my playback to THX Spatial - Synapse, but it is completely different from what I used to be using, which was the thx enabled on the speakers (razer audio controller game).

Thanks for letting me know. Also, are you using the THX Spatial setting located in the Razer Synapse 3.0? Please send me the following:

a. MSInfo32 screenshot
b. Razer Synapse 3.0 logs.
c. The serial number of the affected devices (it starts with SN).
d. Screenshot of Windows version: (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver).

Save the files via Google Drive or to any online drive account, then paste the link here.
SN (*Omitted)

It doesn't let me upload the synapse logs for some reason.
