My razer kraken ultimate headphones randomly pop, then disconnect and reconnect. This started recently, and everything has been fine since now. I have tried a different usb port, I have reinstalled synapse, all to no avail. Can someone please help me figure out if I need to get a new pair of headphones?

Let's try to isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can use those to verify its model and find other ways to fix this. Let's go from there.
