Kraken v2 7.1 not detected

So basically i have those headphones mentioned in the title, i my computer ( win10) simply does not detectd them. I do have synapse installed since i am using another razer porducts and they seems to work just fine. I tried reinstaling synapse, switching usb ports, and all of them basic solutions. Does anyone have idea, what to do?
