I got the Kraken V3 Pro and had Issues with the haptic making electronic screeching sounds, returned it and got a replacement. Sadly the replacement 1hr ish after use got the same issue. I am 100% sure it is not suppose to sound like that cause my Nari Ultimate never sounded like it with Haptic on.
I have no idea what to do. Has anyone else had this issue?

I can't say I've noticed that issue with mine tbh. The haptics at times seem to loose their sensitivity and I have to cycle them on and off. Mine are currently being returned for separate issues, but I'm learning that replacements haven't been successful with other cases either....

Yeah they try their best. But its incredible they got these issues on a brand new headset and happening twice.
I'm gonna keep trying to get one that works cause it feels very good and definitely an upgrade from Nari Ultimate. Lets hope third times a charm and that would be possible to be compensated somehow. First got it 27th desember and not yet been able to enjoy it. Just returns and replacements..

Deffo agree with you on the upgrade from the Nari's. I've gone back to mine as my Kraken's have been boxed up waiting for return for a while. There's alot more clarity in the krakens for sure.
Mine are supposed to be picked up tomorrow now so still keeping hopeful

I'm sure it will be solved, big company like Razer gotta get this working right.
Rn just battleing Synapse as it freezes so bad I can't even uninstall/repair it. I still use the Kraken now cus for some reason it just worked properly yesterday.

Same Problem here with the wired version. Gave them 4 times back, nothing repaired at all. i think some ignores just the statics but i cant because i payed 140€.

Yeh I understand that. Sometimes the static isnt that bad but MOSTLY it reminds you what tragedy it is. But for some unknown reason the Haptic is now fixed and I had nothing to do with it. Still glad it works and hopefully stays that way!

Just randomly worked again 19th I think. I cant say I did anything noticeable that fixed it. It just works now.
Only Issue left is it wont charge to 100% Keeps charging to like 98-99 then does the little charge animation on the battery. Is dat bad?
This is where it charges to then stays there. no 100% :(
I'm not really interested in what's there as a battery symbol, I'm only interested in whether the headset works properlyxD

In my case i did not notice any issues with haptics with v3 pros, however i had many other issues which resulted in RMA and replace with new device which did not help at all and as i read through the internet, it looks like every device has this issue with charging, never to 100% and constant charging over and over again. Volume wheel control imbalance at some point and THX audio output device stops working when switched or paused audio(bug in synapse). Due to charging issues i had to return and my money will got refunded
