Kraken X
So I have the Kraken X headset, I bought it last Christmas. I had to change my pcs and now I realize I don't have the surround sound latest version but I don't have the box. I need to know where else I can get the product number since I dont have the box anymore (or even if it's possible). Should I ask Razer Contact Support? Thanks in advance
