Lack of contact from higher management

    I bought a razer tactical pro bag 23 months ago. Recently it has started coming apart at one of the seems for no apparent reason. I was told on Monday the 9th of April that I would be contacted in 1-3 business days. It is not the 13th of April, 5 days later, and no one from Higher management has contacted me. From talking to the chat support no one has even looked at my case. This is unbelievable.

    I spend $200 on a back pack only for it to fail prematurely and then get told I will be contacted and nothing happens. The chat support has not been able to get me and evidence that anyone is doing anything to help and have now been told that I will not be contact for 24-48 hours but that is from next Monday.

    Extremely disappointed and currently wishing I bought my bag from another company as this is just ridiculous to deal with. The initial information that I was provided just said take it to a tailor to get it fixed.

    Do not buy the bags as they only have a 6 month warranty.

    Well, that sucks, i was wanting to buy one of my own. But, now that i've heard what happened. I'm not completely sure

    if you are somewhere that mobile edge sells bags it looks like they offer a lifetime warranty and they partnered with razer to design the bag. So still a good option just do not buy from razer
