Lancehead wireless cable needed

Hello guys ,
i need your help i am currently based in saudia arab (middle east), i bought razer lancehead wireless from jarir store, unfortunately after buying it i had to travel pakistan for my mother liver transplant i stayed there for a year when i came back i tried to use my mouse but after unpacking the box i couldn't found any cable(wire) . my mouse is completely useless without cable. i cannot claim the warranty i checked razer care store but its only for inside US customers .
could you guys please help me or guide me where should i get the original or good quality cable.
