    make sure that the server you wanna join is online : http://status.leagueoflegends.com/#euw
    if thats not the problem its likely that the last patch may have broke some things as it was a big one (last batch of new SR assets). if the problem persists i don't think you can do much apart from wait for a response from riot.... sorry for not being much help.

    Have you tried restarting your PC?

    I used to get this problem whenever I played two games in a row. I usually just restarted my PC as soon as I got that message. But a couple of problems were the result... Try using the lol admin launcher, and if that does not work, try opening these ports http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=14678 . Finally, I was using a Logitech G35 headset at the time (now using Kraken Pros :) ), but the software was causing some issues for me, try sending the bug report next time, and if I recall correctly, it will tell you where the problematic file is, and to delete it (Logitech G35 drivers were causing the issue).

    1. Restart computer every time (good excuse to go SSD?)
    2. http://forums.na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=14678 <== Open those ports
    3. Send the bug report, or uninstall the Logitech G35 drivers (and reinstall League)

    My issue may have been different from yours, but GLHF!

    @Munksta : is the issue solved?
    If not then try this:
    1. Delete the folder 'Solutions' in 'RADS' folder in your league install directory.
    2. Check your firewall.
    3. if none of the above worked then change to another server and then switch back to your server

    You can't do that now I think. It used to work before they updated the whole system.

    No you still can, I forget the file path but I just did it on patch 4.18. It fixed my disconnect issue.

    Cool then. My error got fixed after 4.18 patch I haven't seen that issue after that. BaronReplays make my game crash on loading screen at times that is it, no other problems.

    @Munksta : can you check this and upload a screen shot of what you see?
    Start -> Run -> "ping 216.52.241.254 -t" type without the double quotes and hit enter.
    For Linux: open terminal and type "ping 216.52.241.254" without the double quotes.
    The ip belongs to LoL NA server and this will test the connection between your system and the server.
