Left fan has broken (any way to disable temporarily?)

Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15 2018 laptop for 7 month.
A week ago the left main fan started sound noisy from time to time. But today it started producing loud noise sounds and then stopping (I may guess it's some safe mechanism). So basically it works for 10 seconds, then sounds loud, then stops, then works again for 10 seconds..
What can I do in such situation? I don't want to damage the fan finally, but on the other hand I need to use the laptop for work. Is there a way to disable only one fan? And how can I replace or at least diagnose the fan?
