    Seriously?
    This is rather useless...

At least it´s in an okish price range.

It's not really useless. Tons of people love all the colors...

Yes, but as it´s powered I would´ve hoped for some extra features like a USB port or other things.

Not denying that a lot of people will be very happy with it, was just hoping for more.

This is a good idea, but I wont by a mouse pad with usb without alternative function other than lighting.
Can we have wireless charging on it so it can be more useful.

Yes I was just thinking that!!!!! If razer would add warless charging on it (they would need a few mice that support it) then I would buy this.

This was a great idea from Razer and their Chroma lineup. And if I didn't have a Razer mat already, I would buy this one.

Does it bend? I'm into bending mouse surfaces... Also a real question, does the cable detach?

It would be cool having a Wireless chroma mouse that charged off the mouse pad while using it.

Ok, so I have 2 questions:
    1. is it foldable? (as in not a hard board)
    2. can you unplug the wire to transport it or do you have to bring the cable attached with you?

Hope someone can answer these questions! Thanks! :D

Hey man Josh was kind enough on the stream today and after I asked him he showed the Firefly closely from different angles. As far as I could see the mat is a one pice hard not foldable and the connector on the back is permanently attached and is non removable. Cheers

I do believe it is dual sided - similar to the Razer Vespula.

EDIT: I derped so hard. It isn't... the module at the top won't allow it to flip sides.... It also has a rubber base... The video just said "Micro-textured surface. For both speed and control playstyles". It didn't say surfaces... I'm sorry

Holy shoot. Thats actually a great idea... A mousepad that wirelessly charges your mouse. Good bye wired mice.

    Razer. Make this a thing.

    That is an awesome idea.
With a mouse pad that has to be plugged in it would be cool to have more features available.
