Lets all say goodbye to Razer until they get their * together.

    I suggest we all say goodbye to razer products until they decide to stop * with us and bring synapse 3 out of beta with all the features it should have (like macros on scroll wheel, or multiple left clicks on one left click aka left click customization, so on and so forth) and they finally decide to make their mice scroll wheels not break after few months of usage (if you google razer and mouse wheel you'll know what i mean). They need a wake up call, they need to stop putting out new expensive hardware until they have a strong software to back it up. I'm not interested in paying for a brand name that's complete and utter *, i'm interested in paying 100-300$ in a mouse/keyboard that i can customize however i want! If that means switching from razer to one of it's competitors so be it.

    While in the past i recommended razer peripherals to all my clients (gaming computer building industry) that's going to change now, at least until razer get's their * together and i can recommend them in good faith again.

    Hopefully a miracle happens and it won't be NZXT's Cam *show all over again...

    I'm kind of with you on the Synapse 3 side of things, but I find that the products themselves are pretty good, only issues I have ever had with Razer products were in the Audio department with the first generation of Kraken 7.1 headsets and my Hammerhead Pro V2's, otherwise all of my older products have held up so far.

    The small team that works on Synapse 3 do their best and right now they are more focused on fixing bugs and making it run better so its not a complete mess, but I would like if some of the more mainstream new products were supported with Synapse 2 if people don't want to deal with the Beta software. They might also focus more on features before they move on to adding new products to Synapse 3, so that is a good thing I guess.

    It is slightly annoying having both Synapse 2 and 3. The least they could do is introduce Synapse 2 support for new products...

    I absolutely can't agree with you.
    Meanwhile hardware is also faulty: see Tartarus V2 breaking Dpad, see thermal and display problems in blades and phones, and so on. Nothing is fine with this company anymore.

    Yes and no one refunds our expensive costs for faulty stuff.

    Can't speak on those products since I have never owned one of them, but I would never buy a blade or any kind of premium laptop like that anyways. The lighter and thinner they get, the more problems they have. All I am saying is that all of my products work just fine.

    What do you mean display and thermal problems with Blade? Do you mean 15 model backlight bleed? Look at other 144Hz ips thin bezels Laptops tell me if you find any with non BLB. And it’s ips panel it’s usually noticeable if you search around the screen. Thermal is because it’s the most powerful 1070 maxq on this thin light categories, it can overclocking to get full 1070 laptops performance. If you want lower free temperature issues you can use default under clocked cpu gpu Mode with performance loss, though it’s still similar with other maxq 1070 laptops in terms gaming performance.
    A lot of poeple just complaining their issues without considering things behind that, for example now here’s in EU summer, ambient temperature take a big role in device temperature.
     
  8. Unless those idiots at Razer start making proper non connected drivers available again I am never going to buy another Razer product, and I've been buying them since the first deathadder.
    Synapse 3 is an utter piece of dysfunctional shite. Their cloud drivers just seem to get worse and worse with every iteration.

    Had razer naga(EU99.99) Kraken7.1(EU99.99) and blackwidow 2016(EU139.99) which needed synapse 2.0 to "work" which i was waiting 2 years to fix their sh**tty program(Games wouldn't start unless i exit synapse) that day never came. Updated to razer naga epic chroma(EU156)..same issues..Released synapse 3.0 i bought huntsman elite(EU261) installed synapse 3.0 and i click on icon and program wont start .2 years now i spent around 800 only for keyboards and mouse(purchased totally more than 2k Euros on razer products) which never worked properly STOP PRODUCING NEW HARDWARE BEFORE FIXING YOUR SOFTWARE !!

    This influx of Synapse hate is better directed toward sending in your logs. Toxic comments don't fix bugs, logs do. Help a gamer out, send in your logs.
