Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic Razer Edition Device Profile Not Saved

I recently did a big computer upgrade, and got this case as part of it.

It feature rpg lighting with a Razer Synapse control unit. Now, when I'm logged in, I can set the colors to what I wish. But, when I lock my machine, it switches to "spectrum cycling". This is very fustrating as this is not what I'm after.

I use quick effects as that's meant to save to the device profile, but that doesn't seem to be happening in this case. And one odd thing I've noted is the switch off lighting option when the displays turn off does work.

How do I get it set up so It uses the correct quick effect at all times?

Hello,

Did you try to uninstall and reinstall Synapse.
When I used to configure my chroma, it happened some times that it didn't respond or the changes I made wouldn't work, the only way I found was to do so.
I hadn't, as the software seems to be working in every other way, which leads my to believe it's either not saving to the device, or the device is faulty.

I'll give re-installation a go a bit later on though.
Chroma is a thing of its own. The SDK kit always causes problems for me, too. Especially at startup. Here my keyboard is sometimes not recognized, an error message appears. So I disabled services like Wallpaper Engine or the synchronization with ASRock/Gigabyte, because there are too many problems. I already told Razer about this problem a few weeks ago. But then one update went wrong, the next one was gone. Did you sync Chroma with another app?
