license code has already been used, can't enable 7.1 surround sound

I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X headsets and activated surround sound 7.1 with activation code, everything worked fine but then I had to reset my pc because it didn't work well and then when I tried activating 7.1 surround sound with razer software I got the message saying that the activation code has already been used. Can I get a new activation code or is there other solution? I also registered my razer product. Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem, I dont have the box for mine and I only purchased them in October 2020.

How can i Register my Headset without serial number Etc

The 7.1 Surround Sound activation code can only be used once, and it will be tied to your Razer ID. This problem typically appears when an existing code is saved onto your registry, which is why the app was unable to sync properly with our servers.
