License code has already been used

So I installed the 7.1 surround sound app yesterday and used the code but deleted that Razer account because I had issues with Synapse not detecting my Razer headset anymore as I continued installing the rest of the drivers on my new PC. I made another account after that with a different e-mail and deleted the first one (it was tied to that code so I couldn't make another before I deleted it) because I saw someone say on this forum that it helped them.
And it did help me, everything worked. Except 7.1 surround sound. As I tried to activate 7.1 surround sound for my new account it told me that the license code has already been used.
Then I thought, ok, I have to wait for the first account that I created to be deleted because it said it could take up to 24h to be deleted (by the way, why don't you allow that deletion to be canceled within that period?) and I thought it was still somehow linked to that account. But no. That was not it because today I created a new account with the SAME e-mail and SAME phone number and the SAME activation code that I used yesterday for the first account (because it is my primary e-mail and I almost never use the second one I used for the second account that I created because I had to wait 24h for it to be deleted) and again it told me that the code has already been used but the first account was by now obviously deleted because otherwise I could not make another account with that e-mail.

So I did a bit of research and if I got it right, because I used the code yesterday for the first account I created, I don't get to use 7.1 surround sound anymore.

Is this for real?

That makes no sense to me because it could simply be limited to 1 account tied to that code at a time that could download and use 7.1 app to prevent people from making multiple accounts with that code and using the app on multiple systems if that was the reason for that kind of policy.

Please someone tell me this isn't real and tell me how to enable it again.

I bought a mouse, a keyboard, a headset and an extended mouse pad yesterday for my new PC, all Razer, spent a lot of money and if that code was really only one time use I'm seriously returning the lot and changing it for some other companies peripherals.

Making it it explicitly one time use makes no sense.

The activation code is a one-time use type of thing, and it is non-transferable. Since it's already been linked to a Razer ID, the system will tag it as used. There's just no way around it, even if you use the same email to register for a new account. That said, I may be able to get you a new code if you can send me the proof of purchase from an authorized reseller and the usernames of the old and the new Razer ID.
