Even if reduced to ''1'' in synapse, it still tracks at almost 1mm height. Can this issue be fixed with software updates in the future or should I return it? My friend bought it at the same time as me, has windows 10, while i have windows 7, the problem is the same on both platforms. Tried on all sorts of mats. Some games are unplayable with it.
People recommend using scotch tape to fix the issue. Maybe it should be included in the box. Extremely dissapointed.
