light on color on headphones (mobile) help pls

how i can on lights or change lights on mobile ? when i used first headphones (nari ultimate - lucio edition) and i search connection headphones light up with white color then i use cable to mobile and headphones will be perfect (light and function) but after they hale low batter they cant light on like before (after charge i mean) what i can do (sorry for bad english)

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. By the way, what device are you connecting the Razer Nari Ultimate? Also, does the device has an installed Razer Synapse 3.0?
