I recently won a razer ornata off of youtube, the lighting is works great and all, but the problem is razer synapse won't save the lighting I want, it's stuck on the light blue i put it on previously, and now i have to keep importing the lighting effects I want. How do I fix this?

First thing to do is contact Razer Support, as this definitely is a support issue.

If you're using in on a Mac, then the Chroma issues are something that we (as Mac users) have to deal with. The way that I get around most of the lighting issues with my Blackwidow Chroma Stealth: make different profiles for different lighting configurations, even importing whatever lighting effects, and make sure that each of these is accessible via Fn+number.

Then run Synapse in offline mode.

I find that this works for me most of the time. I have to redo this process when I restart my MacBook Pro, as Synapse wants to start in online mode and re-syncing it ends up with me losing my lighting effects (or sometimes the effects are still there, but Synapse has hidden them and put breathing on top of them - in this case, go into each profile and delete the added layer you don't want and make the ones you do want visible ... and apply ...).

It's something that Razer is aware of — that the functionality on Mac is different than on Windows — but putting in a support ticket is always the best first step. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Of course, if you're using Windows anyway, then I'm not sure except for contacting support.
