Lost Authinticator and backup codes
I forgot that My Razer account number is dead so I can’t get the otp . I just top up my account but i cannot buy anything because i can’t get the otp and i also lost the backup codes . Do someone have same issues with me and get problem fixed ? . I really need to reset my account number and change to my new number then i can purchase dlc .

If you still have access to your primary and recovery email, you can contact Razer ID Support to get help on recovering your account.
