Hi, my name is Luke I have owned a Blade 15 2020 model, the i7 10750h 1660 ti model for just around a year now and I am very disappointed with the overall performance. I have tried everything from hard resetting, booting different ways doing everything I can in bios downloading all driver and updates. I have done everything in my power but for some reason I believe that the GPU that windows chooses on the laptop display is always the Intel UHD Graphics, and not the dedicated 1660 ti chip, its super frustrating and the only way to partially fix the issue is by being wired in directly to a monitor display that supports HDMI and runs a higher refresh rate. I am at a loss here and honestly want a refund the heat issues, and the problems with performance sucks I can hardly get 50 fps on Minecraft running at 20 or more render distance. If anyone knows a fix to this that would be very very appreciated, also side note, I do own a RTX 3070 ti desktop gaming pc that runs everything 100% fine with zero issues, for some reason its just laptops that claim they have all this power but there running from a 15 watt cable, to power everything. Its unbelievable, and would really appreciate if they took more time before they sold these products for them to work correctly.

Does the low FPS happen while using the laptop's power adapter and battery mode? Did you try checking the recommendations from this article? Try downloading the Intel Driver & Support Assistant to check if there are latest firmware for your laptop. Also, check if your graphics card drivers are up to date:
