I just updated my system, and now my Razer Synapse doesn't work and I can no longer adjust my mouse settings. Please advise.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing your mouse concern on our Support thread. Apologies for the inconvenience. However, the Synapse 2.0 for Macintosh will be available up to macOS 10.14 only. Also, all new products will be supported exclusively on Synapse 3 for Windows.

So you are now saying that MacOS is NO LONGER SUPPORTED by Razer for any and all new products?! I have been a years long customer and currently own 3 razer mice, 3 razer keyboards, and a razer mousepad and you are telling me that I can no longer utilize nearly $1,000 of your products on my updated systems? This is beyond unacceptable. Over the years, I have been a loyal supporter of your products and have spent close to $2,000 on them for myself and as gifts.

It is not remotely acceptable to suggest that I downgrade my systems to MacOS 10.14 from 10.15. Operating system upgrades and patches are absolutely necessary for keeping up to date functionality and for keeping abreast with critical security patches, so please do not insult your user base by suggesting that "workaround."

Apologies for the inconvenience. This is not what the company aims for. Of course, we wanted to expand the compatibility of each Razer product for every OS platform. However, Razer's software has its limitations at the moment. This has been forward to our developers as feedback. You can also utilize our Razer Synapse feedback section under its settings. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
