You have to create macros on your own, or just find some on the Internets and import to Synapse.

In Synapse go to Macro tab, then select the 1st icon on the left panel to import macro XML file.
After it's imported go to your device (mouse) then click on the button that you want to assign a macro, and choose a macro from your list.

Macros, even mouse software is forbidden on tournaments, so professionals doesn't use it.
Try your google-fu skills, it's not hard to find proper macros for your game(s)
