I face problems with mouse movement recording.
Multi screen can cause issue but that seems not to bee the reason here.
I cant see absolute or relative position etc. Where is this hidden?`
I see a preview but no possibility to edit the recorded command.
There is also no way to insert mouse movement manually like (jump to position pixel X and pixel Y etc)

To enable absolute/relative postion click on the down arrow at right side of recording button:
Not possible to edit it via Synapse. All you can do is to export macro to XML file then open it with notepad and edit it manually, then import it back to Synapse.
