Mamba Elite Lighting Problem

Ok, so I bought a Razer Mamba Elite a couple months ago, and it started to make some issues starting last week. My Synapse lighting app is detecting the mouse, but it is displaying the default lighting (spectrum cycling). It's extremely annoying, and happens every time I turn on my PC. This doesn't happen on my Ornata Chroma, however.

P.S. The only way I'm able to fix it is unplugging and plugging in my mouse. And I also tried updating the drivers; they're up to date.

P.P.S. I'm using synapse 3 beta

Hey @Its_Elektrik. We appreciate directing your concern to our Support board. Have you uninstall and reinstall the mouse driver through your Windows Device Manager and restart yo PC to refresh its settings. Also, does the issue happen when your mouse is connected to a different USB port on your PC? If it is feasible, have you tested your mouse to a different PC too?
I also have a Mamba Elite, Synapse 3 is detecting the mouse, and within the last week or 2 started having lighting problems.

In my case, the lighting problem is very similar. Upon launch, once Synapse loads, my Razer Blade 15" 2019 Advanced keyboard loads the correct chroma profile and so does the mouse. Then a second later the mouse alone reverts to the default spectrum cycling while the on-laptop keyboard retains the chroma lighting I've configured.

Unplugging and re-plugging in the mouse fixes the issue as well as just selecting a different Chroma studio profile and going back to my usual. I haven't investigated too hard into this issue yet; haven't tried reinstalling any drivers or apps. I have installed a few updates recently; kinda suspect it was somehow related to a Synapse update though. Also, I have a USB-C port extender that I nearly always have my mouse connected to, rather than the laptop directly. I'll try relaunching using a USB port on the laptop and see if the issue persists.
I tried both suggestions. Different USB didn't change anything, but uninstalling the Razer Mamba Elite driver through Device Manager and restarting (whereby the driver seemed to reinstall itself without any notifications) seems to have fixed my issue. Thanks Razer!
I did the same thing, and it worked. Thanks!

You're welcome, guys! Feel free to hit me a PM should you need further assistance. :wink_:
Quick follow up. This issue has resurfaced twice since I un/re-installed the mouse driver. Once I've narrowed down what situations it seems to be happening in I'll post an update. Thanks for the support though!

That's noted. I'll be waiting for your update.
Damn it... it started up again. I don't know what to do, now that uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers doesn't seem to be doing anything permanent... Any other things I can do?
Is it possible that it is a bug in synapse?
