About 6 months or so after purchasing my Mamba Elite mouse, the left thumb grip is about to fall off completely and the right one is starting to come off a little bit. The glue just isn't working any more and it is frustrating! Razer support is too busy to call or email so here is the only place I can put this out there lol. I am hoping I can get some help here instead.

Had the same issue, had to use a special type of glue to get them to stick. Been fine for a couple of months now. It is incredibly annoying though.
Now is this a thing that would be included in the warranty or something? I haven't had good luck with the quality and durability of Razer products in the past and this is just another disappointment. 😞
Honestly, I don't know I just randomly happened to relate to this post while looking for a solution to my own problems. You might as well try and contact support see what they say or even just check the warranty policy. I suppose in Razer's defense I've had my mouse for at least 2 years with very high use. Still kind of on the low end, and it's already starting to freeze up on me, don't think its to do with the hardware though, Synapse is just really glitchy. Good ol' brand loyalty. Anyways, good luck and I hope you find a solution 🙂
