whenever i lift my mouse at a certain height my cursor freezes and sometimes it freezes at a random time and i try to fix the problem but it still happens,
does anyone have a way to fix it because whenever i play a game or anything it freezes at a random time

I don't know the specifics, but it will definitely stop reading any movement when you lift the mouse at a certain height.
What surface are you using your mouse on? You should be able to go into Synapse and calibrate your mouse for the surface. Give that a shot, and let us know how you go.
If it keeps happening, even if you have a good mousemat or mousepad, and you've calibrated it to the particular surface, I'll move this to the Support section here on Insider.

I suggest Adusting your Lift-off range, Especcially depending on your mouse pad. If you don't have a razer mouse pad, You can calibrate your mouse to your own. It is under the mouse settings in synapse. If you do have a razer mousepad then just select that one under mouse setting for your liftoff range. This should help.

it works better now but when i lift my mouse my cursor swipes down for some reason and i try to change the lift of range and reset it but it won't work
i'm having a lot of problems with my mouse

I once tried the Mamba Tournament Edition and ended up returning it to the retailer I bought it from 2-3 days later due to this same issue as I tried everything to get it to work properly (including firmware updates applied to it, to no avail did that fix it). This was about 5 years ago or so tho, when the Mamba TE first came out.
Sadly I hate to say it but you should probably just replace the mouse w/ a Basilisk as it is a good one to replace it with as it has the same sensor as DeathAdder Elite and some others but with some added bonus features (its basically the brother to the DeathAdder Elite)
