It only works with the USB cable. Ive tried different computers, updated the mouse and dongle with the latest firmware version. Tried the mouse reset pressing the wheel and both buttons for 10 sec then connecting the USB cable. Completely removed Synapse app, also tried on a computer without the app.
It's not a driver issue, the dongle is perfectly recognized on every computer I tried.
I've tried everything. This is a very expensive device to go bad in about a year.
Anything I haven't tried?
