Man O War 7.1 head set broken in 4 weeks.

    Does Razer do direct RMA?

    Bought this head set 4 weeks ago. Doing my weekly clean and noticed big cracks along where the head band attaches to the speakers on the right hand side. If I use them any more its going to spread and in a few weeks completely break away.
    So im wondering if Razer does direct RMA since the store I bought from refused my RMA due to not including the stickers in the box (which I cant since they are on my PC case).

    Before some one says I have been to rough with them they have been treated with complete care.
    My old head set from 2011 is still in perfect condition along with all my other Razer gear (keyboards, mice)
